I interpreted this month's challenge as... My Painting “First Lady” was created after the Royal Wedding. I was fascinated by the female attendees garb, the exquisite dresses, and hats. I immediately thought of “Jackie O”, and the way society collectively communicates her style. The painting includes a pink antique vIntage dress, and pill box hat to remind the viewer that “Jackie O” remains an inspirational Fashion Icon. In reaction I created... I was inspired to continue the chain and share “First Lady” I love the way we can communicate collectively through a painting choosing similar colors, texture, and subject matter. Because...
